Research also indicates that many people wait until they view their situation as ‘severe’ before seeking therapy. Often, therapy can be more helpful to people who choose not to wait, but seek help early.

What we do.
We use a variety of techniques, including talk therapy, behavioral therapy, and cognitive therapy, to help our clients work through their issues and achieve their goals.
Some common issues that we can help with include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, phobias, and relationship problems. We also work with people who have experienced trauma or are dealing with serious mental illness.
